Founder & Lawyer : Ezzat Mahmoud Hamid
With over 20 years of experience in the legal field, Mr. Ezzat Mahmoud founded Ezzat Mahmoud - Advocates & Legal Consultants in 2005. As a seasoned litigation lawyer, he represents clients in criminal, civil, commercial, and family law matters before Egyptian courts and the State Council. Before establishing the firm, Mr. Ezzat was involved in company formation, mergers, and acquisitions at the General Investment Authority. He also worked as an independent legal advisor to several leading companies in the oil and gas sector. Mr. Ezzat holds a bachelor’s degree in law and a master’s in international Commercial Arbitration from Helwan University.
Lawyer : Heba Helmi
With nearly 20 years of extensive legal experience, Ms. Heba joined Ezzat Mahmoud - Advocates & Legal Consultants at their Cairo branch in 2013. She specializes in civil and commercial law, representing clients in commercial, labor, and civil cases. Before joining the firm, Ms. Heba worked at Divine Works, where she was responsible for drafting and reviewing a wide range of contractual agreements. She also served as a legal advisor for a private company and as an independent lawyer as well. Ms. Heba holds a bachelor’s degree in law from Cairo University. Before joining the firm, Ms. Hala worked at Divine Works, where she handled the drafting and reviewing of a wide range of contractual agreements. She also served as a legal advisor for a private company and practiced independently as a lawyer. Ms. Hala holds a bachelor’s degree in law from Cairo University.
Lawyer : Ali Mohamed Salem
With over 30 years of distinguished legal experience, Mr. Ali joined Ezzat Mahmoud Law Firm & Legal Consultants in 2010 as a cassation lawyer at the Supreme Administrative Court. His expertise spans trade, tax, labor, compensation, civil, and personal status law. Over the course of his career, Mr. Ali has served as a legal advisor to high-profile national and international companies in Egypt, including CBC Group, Ezz Group, and Orascom Group. He also ran his own successful legal practice for 15 years before becoming a partner at Al Beery Law Firm. Mr. Ali holds a bachelor’s degree in Islamic law and jurisprudence from Al-Azhar University.
Lawyer : Alaa El-Din Owais Khalil
With more than 20 years of experience in the legal profession and as a private legal consultant, Mr. Alaa joined Al-Ruwad in 2012 at its Cairo branch as a cassation lawyer specializing in Constitutional and Administrative Court cases. He represents both individual and corporate clients in civil and criminal matters, drafts commercial contracts and property agreements and handles debt collection and labor disputes. Mr. Alaa holds a bachelor’s degree in law from Ain Shams University.
